Seven Ocean Bunkering connects vessel operators to verified physical suppliers across India's two coasts and the key bunkering hubs serving Indian trade routes. As an independent partner — not tied to any single refiner or trader — we represent the buyer's interest, sourcing each stem competitively and coordinating physical delivery and documentation end to end.
What we do
Our work spans the full bunkering value chain: marine fuel procurement (competitive multi-supplier sourcing), vessel bunkering (barge, pipeline and truck-to-ship delivery), and ongoing bunker management for fleets. We supply every major grade — VLSFO, HSFO, LSMGO and MGO — at all 25 Indian ports and our international hubs.
How we work
For every nomination we obtain competing quotes across the available physical suppliers — the state oil marketing companies, refiners and private operators — and recommend the best combination of price, quality and availability. Pricing is transparent and zero-commission, so you see the true cost of each stem. Every delivery is handed over with a MARPOL Annex VI–compliant Bunker Delivery Note and a representative manifold sample.
Compliance and standards
We work to the standards that govern modern bunkering: ISO 8217 fuel-quality specifications, MARPOL Annex VI and the IMO 2020 sulphur cap, and the emissions obligations of EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime. Documentation, sampling and quality control are handled so your compliance and any commercial dispute evidence are always in order.
